We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our Returns Portal.

At Atallier, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.

Please use the link HERE to process your return via our Returns Portal.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • For returns from the United States and Canada, a flat fee of $14.99 per return shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. To minimize fees, please return all items together in one package.
  • For international returns, please contact us at hello@shopatallier.com for return instructions and applicable fees.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Atallier pieces! If you need a different size or style:

  • First exchange: Complimentary outbound shipping on your replacement item. You only pay return shipping ($14.99) to send back the original item.
  • Additional exchanges: Standard return shipping fees apply ($14.99 to return the item; you pay shipping on the replacement order).
  • Please specify your exchange preference when submitting your return request via our Returns Portal.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are determined by your local government and are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after returned items have been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • All returns must be processed via our Returns Portal.
